Milwaukee Recreation Dept.

Dancing on a budget? Never danced before? Classes with the Milwaukee Recreation Department are a fun and economical way to introduce yourself (or someone you care about) to dance!

General Information

Betsy and Matt have taught through the Milwaukee Recreation Department for over five years.  Classes and workshops have included basic ballroom, swing, tango, and Latin. Betsy and Matt feel it is important that everyone have access to the experience of social dance, and strongly believe in the Milwaukee Recreation Department’s mission.

All city of Milwaukee residents receive a quarterly Recreation Guide, which offers activities for all ages ranging from swim lessons to tax classes, cooking workshops to sports leagues!  If you can think it, chances are “the Rec” offers a class for it.
